1. Data Controller

These apps are developed and maintained by Randhawa Dynamics Incorporation on behalf of our client, Soni Drycleaners. Soni Drycleaners is the actual service provider and laundry operator. Data flows between:

  • Soni Drycleaners (Owner App)
  • Soni Drycleaners (Client App)

From Laundry Owners (Owner Edition)

  • Name
  • Business name
  • Contact number
  • Email
  • Business address
  • Customer records
  • Billing data

From Client (Client Edition)

  • Mobile number
  • Name (if provided)
  • Email
  • Address
  • Location data (used for mapping pickup and drop-off addresses)
  • Booking requests
  • Service history

3. How Data is Shared Between Apps

The system is interconnected. This sharing is essential for app functionality.

4. Consent Mechanism

Laundry owners must obtain consent before:

  • Registering customer's mobile number.
  • Uploading customer personal details.

Customers consent to data processing when:

  • Logging into Client Edition.
  • Submitting booking requests.

5. Data Security

We implement:

  • Secure server storage
  • Encrypted transmission (HTTPS)
  • Role-based access control

Only the relevant owner & respective customer can access linked data.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained:

  • During active subscription
  • For backup/legal compliance period
  • Until the deletion request

7. Data Deletion

Users can delete their account and associated data directly from within the app settings at any time. Alternatively, users may request data removal by contacting our support email.

Please note that deleting an account may affect interconnected records between the Owner and Client apps.

8. Third-Party Services

Apps may use third-party services such as:

  • Firebase (for push notifications, analytics, and authentication)
  • Google Play Services
  • Hostinger for cloud hosting

These services follow their own privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Data Responsibility

Soni Drycleaners:

  • Does not sell personal data.
  • Does not independently verify billing accuracy.
  • Is not liable for owner-entered incorrect information.

10. Permissions

The App may request:

  • Internet access
  • Storage access (for bill generation and downloading)
  • Notification permission
  • Location access (to map pickup and drop-off service addresses)

Permissions are used only for intended app functions.

11. Childrenā€™s Policy

Apps are not intended for users under 18.
